What Causes Chest Pains After A Bout Of Migraine?

Havin pain on right side of my chest that comes and goes. If I put my chin to my chest that's where it is. Started this morning after a severe migraine last night then woke up with a pretty bad nosebleed. My doctor had me on a heart monitor last week due to slightly high blood pressure. Followed by more testing next week.
