What Causes Chest Pains With Shoulder And Arm Tingling And Burning?

It all started with pain in my chest. I went to my local er. They didnt run any test except an ekg. They said it was acid reflux. But after i got home i started feeling burning and tingling in my shoulders and arms and also up my neck and into my jaw. Im also having random pains in my abdomen. And now im having random unexplained bruises pop up on my ribs on both sides right below my breasts. And sometimes the pain goes up into the left side of my head behind my ear. And im really scared.
