What Causes Chest Spots With Spreading Lumps?

I have these white spots on my chest. At first i thought it was nothing but sun spots but then it started spreading... I havent been in the sun lately so i knew it wasnt sun spots (never had them before). They are rigid and some what bumpy! it has me really worried can you help?
