What Causes Chest Tightness And Shortness Of Breath ?

Hi, I am getting chest tightness shortness of breath with chest twinges. this has been occuring for over a week. I did have a cold 2-3 weeks ago, sometimes I go lightheaded too. Could this be a viral chest infection or something to be concerned about.
