What Causes Chillness In Feet And Calves?

I have had cold feet for some time and now getting very cold, tried using gabapentin which worked for other stabbing pains in my chest, I have been tested for being diabetic and it appears I am not. The calf s of my legs are now starting the clod feeling too. I think blood flow is the issue, what tests are recommended, as I just do not know that I should have tested and in what order of priorities. Suggestions?
