What Causes Chills Along With Severe Pain In Joints?

Hi. I am 53 years old and for the last 6 months have had a myriad of test to find out what is causing the following symptoms. It started in October with dizziness, pain in the center of my chest and joint pain. After 3 CAT scans, an MRI and several visits to ENT s, Internal Specialists, Chiropractors, and dentists. TMJ, Gall Bladder, RA, Sjogrens and Benign Vertigo have been ruled out. I was diagnosed with elongated Stylohyoid ligaments, but according to the Neurologist they are not severe enough for a Stylohyoidectomy yet. I still have occasional chills, pain in the center of my breastbone, somedays severe joint pain in my wrists, knees, elbows and fingers accompanied by a constant feeling of leg cramp in my left calf. I also have extremely dry skin that is causing my fingertips to peel. I am extremely frustrated since no doctors can seem to determine what is wrong. I also have shortness of breath and a dry cough. Do you have any suggestions?
