What Causes Chills Along With Sore Throat And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have been sick with fever chills then sore throat to where i could not swollow i got better for a few days and now my lymph nodes are swollen and i am running fever again have no apetite and i cant even touch or turn my neck without serious pain in my lymph node area. I had breast cancer 10 years ago and have been in remission should i be concerned of cancer or just flu or mono. I also i have extreme fatigue.
