What Causes Chills And Headaches After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

Hi, I and my girlfriend were messing in bed....i wore a condom ....it was a bit loose...maybe i didnt wear it properly...i just stuck my penis on her vaginal opening but didnt penetrate it also i didnt ejaculated in my condom....lately she has started getting symtoms like sudden chills and heats and headaches.....can she be pregnant?? What do you think can be the chances?
