What Causes Chills And Nervousness Post Treatment For Depression?

my mom had severe depression and was hospitalized for 25 days and the doctor put her on Zoloft and SEROQUEL and now she shakes like she is in a deep freezer with clothes off and is having had aches. she never has had this problem before and when her doctor was confronted before she was released he said he believed she would level off after medicine started working in her system. I have never seen my mother as nervous as she currently is\. she is much worse than she was before being admitted into the hosptal. any suggestions.
