What Causes Chills During Physiotherapy Post Total Knee Replacement Surgery?

Hello I had TKR on January 20th and then 3 weeks ago had a manipulation done. Therapy is going very well and making good progress, but I also have been having chills since the latest procedure. They come and go, but I do have them a lot. This is definitely not common for me. Do we know when this may go away?
