What Causes Chills, High Temperature, Cold Sweats And Cough?

I have had chills for nearly 4 days now. I have a temp approx 99.7 to 101.4 and cold sweats during night and day. In addition, I'm coughing but no mucous, but chest area hurts when I cough. lastly, I get a headache sometimes. I also had the flu shot nearly 2 months ago.
