What Causes Chirping ,pressure In Ears And Throat Discomfort?

Hi there,
I need to be looked at by an ent doctor. I hear chirping in my ears, sometimes I have pressure in then, especially when I am lying down. I had a nasty cold near the end of June and lost my voice for four whole days. It still isn't really back to where i'd like it. It also feels like something is in my throat.
