What Causes Choking In Throat Along With Tightness Below The Collar Bone?

Hello- I felt as if something (maybe a pill?) was stuck way down in my throat. It felt terrible and made my eyes water. This lasted for at least 5 minutes. Now I feel a tightness on my right side just below my collarbone and it just isn t going away very quickly. Other than that I feel great. What the heck could it be?
