What Causes Choking Through Out The Day Along With Watering In Eyes?

Hello, my name is Jessica My concern is .. I ve been randomly choking through out the day (it is happening more recently now) it happens when I am not eating or drinking anything I will just swallow and I feel like I m drowning . It takes me a long 2 minutes to catch my breath again and even after that I still last hours clearing out my throat , at times it gets very irritated . While choking I get really red I can t even talk and my eyes start to water . What could it possibly be ? Thank you for your time . I really appreciate it .
