What Causes Chornic Fatigue Along With Swelling In Legs?

I suffer from many things since being inundated with stress. Chronic Fatigue however right in the last week i have had extreme swelling in my legs feet and hand my fingers on my right hand are numb, I have developed serious lower back pain and right now I have a deep pain in my chest predominately on the right side I associate the swelling with having to take norco until I see the orhopediac specialist. The swelling has happened before on each occasion I had to take it. I saw a doctor earlier today to change the norco RX to codeine.
