What Causes Chronic Abdominal Bloating And Discomfort?

I have concern with my right lower abdomen is not that really pain just sore a bit I can barely stand and work all day but the thing is my right lower abdomen is getting bigger, i had 2days period it was just spotting the first day, was on my head is appendix but there is no sharp pain at all just a bit of sore. I had been very good appetite lately. I am so exhausted and tired most of the time, mood swings, cravings, a bit nausea. My menstruation is irregular but lately I had twice menstruation in just a month.
