What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain While Suffering With Prolapsed Rectum?

I am a 43 yr. Old male with a prolapse rectum experiencing chronic abdominal pain , that feels like gas pains and like I have to move my owes but nothing comes out. I have taken my Lanta with minimal relief to temporary relief. I have tried Alka seltzer with the same result. Is there anything I can take or do I need to visit the hospital. I have had a colon Oscoda that was negative . I just want some relief.
