What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain With Recurring Bruising On Limbs?

I took my 7 yr old daughter to doctor for a constant stomach cramping issues in Sept. of 2014. At that time doctors told me she has high cholrestrol and high liver count. She has had 7 months of various blood tests and still no definite conclusion to let me know that what the problem is for sure. Now her legs and arms are bruising a lot and her hair is thinning a lot in the solar plex above the forehead and sides of head. I m frustrated & I feel badly for my child. She is tired a lot. My friends and family are now advicing me to take her to an endocrinologist. She only has medicade insurance. What should I do now? How do I go about asking her primary doctor for a second opinion and referral for an endocrinologist? You help, advice and assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
