What Causes Chronic Bleeding Post Implantation Of Implanon?

Hi. I have the implanon and i had bleeding for a month around a month ago and have been taking the pill ever since. I stopped taking the pill for two days and ive had discharge and the tinniest amount of blood. Im sexually active and have had sex in the last week. What could this mean?
