What Causes Chronic Brown Discharge And Itching?

i'm a childless 34 year old never been pregnant before, been on the triphase contraceaptive since the age of 25 due to dysmenorrea. I have had a chronic brown discharge and become itchy a week before my period, i doubt a std is the cause, been married for 4 years (monogamous)
