What Causes Chronic Cough And Droopy Eyes?

hi there my daughter has been sick for awhile...coughing for about a month ...doc said allergies.... give Claritin daily....2 weeks later still coughing so hard almost throwing up....fever...chest congestion....ear inf...do doc put on antibiotic....she gets worse with pale white face...really droopy eyes fr a few days.....looks better for a few days and now again has a fever and coughing bad again....sleeping...like naps....not sure what this is but its been going on and on
