What Causes Chronic Depression In A Person With Multiple Sclerosis And Disability?

I have multiple sclerosis (rrms). Chronic afib. Major depression and urinary and bowel issues to go with it all. Add in legal issues coming to a head the death of a close one to suicide recently ( one week) loss of Medicaid without notice, lonliness, no close family within 2000 miles. Now this week my stomach always churns but it is worse and hurting some. My bowel movements are explosions of gas pushing out a small bit. I have 18 medicines. Why I am fixing some kind of medical insurance this is overwhelming me. I am fully on disability. I have had 5 heart ablations and 7 cardioversion in 20 months. I worry I sleep poor despite enough medicine that should make me sleep. People hear me across the room but the gas and just nausea pain are growing. Do I just give up again to the er where nothing ever happens or just write it off to psychosomatic? Which doctor to talk with. I have 7 specialist.
