What Causes Chronic Diarrhea?

I have had diarrhea every day for four years. I have had 4 colonoscopies and 4 endoscopies, 2 helium breath tests, 3 fecal tests, and multiple blood tests. I have seen 3 GI doctors and I returned to the surgeon who did my nissan fundoplication in January 2014, just in case. Some days I will go 10 time, up to 20 times. Diet doesn't seem to make it any better - or worse.
