What Causes Chronic Dull Abdominal Pain?

my son is 12 years old has stomach pain since last 15 days. on the scale of 1 to 10 it is 3. it is not much but the pain is still there. he doesnt feel like eating sometimes. some times he feels dizzy also. any suggestion .is this stomach flu?. doctor first said that it could be the gas in his stomach and gave the medicine for gas. then he said could be acidity and gave the medicine for acidity but nothing works.
