What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Fybromyalgia While Being On Venlafaxine?

Hello Dr, I have been taking venlefaxin for 3mths, to start off with it made a huge difference, but now I am constantly tired, unmotivated and my head just feels tired. I have been taking anti depressants for 14 years. it all started with chronic fatigue and fybromyalgia. Thank you.......tracy
