What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Numbness In Hands While Sleeping?

i have been having a problem with my hands falling asleep at night, loss of strength in my hands, dropping things constantly, fatigue and now have a crawling sensation on the top of my head. I have been checked for ms extensively, i have had and mri, emg, spinal tap and blood draws and no one has been able to figure out what is going on? any suggestions
