What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath With History Of Stent Palcement?

I Have had asthma all my life,I have 2 heart stents(RCA)[which disguised as Asthma attacks] placed the year of 2005 &in 2007 they were closing,Nitroglycerin was inserted & blasted them to open. In 2012, I was diagnosed with c.o.p.d .I have been taking meds since that time but now just continue having a worse time breathing,exhaustion.etc. should I have an angiogram to look see if there's a problem with the stents?
