What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Difficult Bowel Movement And Nausea?

I am nauseated at least 3 times a day, but it isn t like flu its more like car sick feeling. I am also easily tired, as well as having a hard time moving my bowels. This has been happening for 2 weeks, but the bowl movements arent consistent, but the nausea is getting worse daily it seems.
