What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Drowsiness And Nausea While On Nexplanon?

Hi I ve been on the nextplanon since the end of may and I haven t had a period since June and for the past week or 2 I have been sleeping nonstop and tired all the time, I ve either been craving certain foods like crazy or I m naseous and don t want to eat anything, I ve had some slight cramping and discharge and my boobs have been tender and a little swollen. Is it possible that I could be pregnant even on the nextplanon?
