What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Headache And Abdominal Pain?

myself Namita mallick i have some physical problem last 1 month. i have a little headache and weakness in my body even i feel i am very tied.a little pain in my stomach lower part.i don t feel hungry any time even when i eat something i feel heavy my stomach. sleepy all the time i dont feel free to any work at home.i was consult with a medichine doctor before 15 days but my repot was normal even i had my period recently it stooped in 2 days.but not like normal before.what can i do please guide me.
