What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Abdominal Pain?

My 2 year old daughter is very lethargic has been for a couple days. And is crying bc of stomach pain. She's has had regular bowel movements so I don't think it's constipation but she is always very active and never complains of feeling bad. Should I take her to ER? What's your opinion? Thanks.
