What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Lump In The Breast?

Im 32 with a family history of breast cancer. I have a lump on my right breast in the areloa area underneath the nipple. It feels asthough it has grown some. I had a mamogram and ultrasound the radiologist said there was thickening. I am waiting for my appointment to see a breasr surgeon. My nipple does not raise or look like my left one. I stay exhausted all the time. What causes this
