What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Pain In Chest And Shoulder Blade?

I have been having chest pain and left side shoulder blade pain. It gets worse in the late afternoon and at night. I have no energy and general feel tired and my sleep patterns are irracted. I had a hesterectomy in my mid twenties and my sex drive is very low. My doctor has checked my hormones several times and he says that they are fine. Do you think this is hormone related?
