What Causes Chronic Foot Pain And Muscle Pain In Arms And Shoulders?

I sorry if can not pay you. I have been out of work for the last several months. I have been doing some research on my one of my family members that has been experiencing chronic pain in his feet and now he is complaining about muscle pain in his arms and shoulders. He went out yesterday to shovel the sidewalk for me and something popped in his leg. He told me not to worry about it, it is not the first time and he will get over it. I have been doing a lot of research on my own trying to help with anything I can. After losing my job and then my home, with his wife being terminally ill he needed me. The same as I needed him. They had no life insurance for his wife so things around here are very tough right now. I know everyone needs to make a living, but I would appreciate any kind of advise for him. I have lived here with him here for the last six months. I helped care for his wife of 30 years that has recently pasted with brain cancer. He is currently on high blood pressure meds an high cholesterol meds at the same time. He drives a tanker truck daily thru the week(150-300) miles a day. He complains of that it feels as if someone has taken something and beat his feet daily. Not only that but it seems that he has muscle soreness in his arms and shoulders weekly. I love my brother and want the best for him. I would like to know if there is a drug inter action between to two? He goes to the doctor regularly and nothing ever seems to come out of it other than keep doing what your doing. Any suggestions to help him to help him in way would greatly be appreciated.
