What Causes Chronic Headache And Twitching In Upper Lips?

I ve noticed lately headaches especially the back of my skull, and noticed slight twitch on my upper lips. I m getting concerned. I m not really working abnormal hours, and I work basically 6 hours on a desktop out of my 8 working hours. What could this be? I m a female of 46 years old, average weight (62kg).
