What Causes Chronic Headache With Weakness And Pressure?

i have had a headach for 4 weeks now. i went to the doocter first it was that i had dilated pupilos & then 1 week later i went again and that it might be because of a ear infection.i feel weak and everything hurts the persure of some one holding on to me & i get cold fast. i have lost of memory and a lost of balance. i feel bad everyday from waking up to sleeping and i feel like my life is being taken away by the head ach every one says & that i always look mad & low energy what can be the cause?
