What Causes Chronic Headaches And Distorted Vision?

My wife ageing 42 is having a severe pain in her head for the last two years around. it is suspected to be migraine. for the last few days frequency increased . daily having a problem of head ache. during acheing image distortion also prevailing. i am very much worried. could you pl suggest what /whom to be contacted.
