What Causes Chronic Headaches Under Eyebrows?

I have had pretty bad headaches right under my eyebrows. I have had them for years but I have different times where, for days, I get very bad headaches in that same area. I'm only 13 so I'm not sure if it's sinus headaches or vision problems or something else. Help
