What Causes Chronic Headaches With Mood Swings And Arm Pain?

I have always had headaches and even seen a neruologist about it, came back othing on their end. but the headaches have been getting stronger and stronger and much more pain. I have noticed that I have been moody more, sudden mood swings, and latley onset pain on my right arm all the way from the forearm to the wrist. I don't have medical insurance, but it has me worried. I also have been having noitce changes in my eating too, a lack of feeling like I am hungry. Also always tired too, i am not sure if these are all connected. There was speculation that I might have a thyriod issue but was never tested for it.
