What Causes Chronic Headaches, nasal Congestion And Twitching In My Eyelids?

I recently saw my doctor for headaches, nasal congestion, and muscle twitches in my eyelids, eyebrows, and near my nose. Symptoms are on both sides of my face but, mostly on the right. I've had these symptoms since early April. Doctor thinks it's allergies, did a blood test (positive for grass and trees) and prescribed Singulair. Does this sound like a possible explanation? I'm most worried about the twitching. Other info: deviated septum partially blocking right nostril. 30 years old.
