What Causes Chronic Hives And Vitiligo On The Hands And Forearms?

I have a series of symptoms that are individually relatively benign, but put all together may be indicating something is wrong: I have been having minor GI tract issues for a period of a few years; I suffer from what was diagnosed as "chronic hives" and take Zyrtec regularly for approximately 8 years; in the past two years or so I have been getting vitiligo on my hands and forearms; and my fingernails are fairly severely wrinkled.
