What Causes Chronic Itching On The Collar Bone Along With Pain In Neck?

I am a 46 yo female. For approximately one month I have had a chronic itching on the right side of my chest almost directly on my collar bone. There is no rash, nor is there a lump that I can notice. I have also noticed pain in the right/back side of my neck, mostly while sleeping and some lower back pain.
Should I have this itching checked out?
