What Causes Chronic Mastoiditis And Ethmoid Sinusitis Symptoms?

MRI w and w/out contrast shows R chronic mastoiditis and ethmoid sinusitis symptoms are imbalance while standing and walking, visual disturbances and headaches have never been treated for ear infection and have chronic tonsillitis...doesn't seem to add up?
