What Causes Chronic Migraine Headaches, Tension Headaches And Fatigue?

I am a 68 year old post-menopausal female. I am 5'7" and weigh 165lbs. I had migraine headaches for years and continue to have tension headaches. I've had a tension headache for the last 3-4 weeks and fatique. Aleve relieves it temporarily but the next day it is back. I also am always hot and lately have been sweating frequently throughout the day. I have taken Paxil and thyroid medicine for years. Both are regulated and checked regularly by physicians. Any ideas?
