What Causes Chronic Nausea After Taking Buprenorphine?

Hi there I am suffering from chronic nausea not able to keep food or fluids down its been 24hrs now. Yesterday I did a silly thing and took 2mg orally of Buprenorphine, I m not a regular taker of the drug and was my first time using it I regularly take methamphetamine though. Is what I m feeling normal how long will it last
