What Causes Chronic Nausea, Dizziness And Fatigue?

I have been experiencing severe nausea dizziness headaches fatigue lack of appetite and palpitations . I have had blood tests ultra sound and ct scan. They discovered 2 cysts on my ovaries and that was that . Nothing more was looked into now the nausea is getting unbearable what other tests could I have done?
