What Causes Chronic Numbness Below Right Breast?

I have had numbness persistently in my upper left side of my stomach . Like directly under my left breast. Now today the numbness is still there, but also a very tight feeling. Hurts to the touch. I can t like stretch my arms up without pain. It feels very, very tight. Do you know what this could be?
