What Causes Chronic Pain In Arm And Ear Along With Loss Of Hearing?

first,right hand painful.then,whole right side follows suit and is painful.right ear is noticeably painful and has lost its hearing ability.there's also 'feeling sick'.subject is female,45y.o.started complaining 2 days ago.what could this be?please help
