What Causes Chronic Pain In Neck And Shoulders Along With Shortness Of Breath?

Hi my friends think I might have a heart attack anytime soon because of my symptoms, my neck, shoulders and back ache really bad. My chest hurts all the time and I can t breath very good, I am light headed all the time and I feel like passing out and my eyes are really watery and blurry. I honestly wanted to stay at the bottom of the stairs and sleep. I did see a heart doctor when I was little and there is heart problems in my family. One of my friends is studying to be a doctor and she said I have symptoms of a heart attack and at first I thought it was just because I just got back to work but it s gotten worse and worse. What should I do?
