What Causes Chronic Pain In Right Quadrant Of Abdomen?

I'm having pains in my right side of my abdomin below my ribs. I do have asthma, I took my inhaler. Did nothing. I've had my gal bladder taken out so it can't be that. I'm not constipated. Please help. It hurts bad. I've had the pain for about a day and a half. Nothing seems to help it.
